Refunds & Right of Withdrawal
Last updated: 28 August 2026
Information required by the Polish Consumer Rights Act (ustawa z dnia 30 maja 2014 r. o prawach konsumenta) for distance contracts covering digital content.
1. 14-day withdrawal right
If you are a consumer (or a sole trader buying outside your professional specialisation), you may withdraw from the purchase of Lifetime Pro within 14 days of concluding the contract, without giving a reason and without cost.
2. When the right expires
Lifetime Pro is digital content not supplied on a tangible medium and it is unlocked immediately after payment. At checkout you consent to delivery starting before the withdrawal period ends and acknowledge that you therefore lose the right of withdrawal once delivery has begun (Art. 38(1)(13) of the Consumer Rights Act).
In practice: if you have not yet used a watermark-free Pro export, we treat the content as not yet consumed and refund in full on request within the 14 days. This is our voluntary goodwill policy on top of the statutory rules.
3. How to withdraw or request a refund
Send an unambiguous message to @mrdeathpl on X including your account e-mail, the purchase date and a statement that you withdraw from the contract. You may use this wording:
I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the purchase of DeckWave Lifetime Pro. Date of purchase: … Account e-mail: … Name: … Date: …
We confirm receipt and, where the withdrawal is effective, return the full amount within 14 days using the same payment method (via Stripe), at no cost to you. Pro access is deactivated at the same time.
4. Faulty digital content
Independently of withdrawal, if Pro features do not work as described you may demand that they be brought into conformity, and if that fails, a price reduction or a refund, under Chapter 5b of the Consumer Rights Act. Report the issue via @mrdeathpl on X; we reply within 14 days.
5. Free plan
The free plan and the 5 complimentary Pro exports involve no payment, so no refund applies to them.
